Simple, transparent pricing.
One subscription covers water and sewer modelling, model migration, the advanced analysis suite, and asset risk and renewals. Compute is metered in credits against what a run actually uses — and the estimate is shown before anything is charged. No quotes to chase, no per-seat tokens.

Pay for the compute you use. See the price first.
Every plan includes a monthly credit pool sized so a working engineer iterating a model rarely feels the meter. Heavy work — Monte-Carlo ensembles, large-network sweeps — draws on the pool or on pre-paid packs. A run is never priced by a flat rate per operation: it is metered on the compute it actually consumes, and the estimate is confirmed with you before it starts.
Estimate before you run
Every run shows its credit estimate up front — nothing debits without your confirmation, and one job can never run away with your balance.
Pick your compute class
Standard for everyday runs; Large for big networks and long ensembles; GPU where speed is worth it — pay-as-you-go on Pro, included on Premium.
Fair by default
Your balance tops up to your plan's pool each month, pack credits above the pool carry over, and charges are waived automatically when a failure is our fault.

Common questions.
- What is a compute credit?
- A credit is how HydroDSS meters server-side compute. Every run — a base simulation, a transient analysis, a Monte-Carlo ensemble — is priced on the compute it actually consumes: network size, duration, and the machine class it runs on. A small base simulation costs about one credit; heavy ensemble analysis on a large network costs more. You always see the estimate before the run starts, and nothing is charged without that confirmation.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Runs that would exceed your balance don't start — you're shown the estimate and the shortfall instead. You can wait for your monthly refresh, or buy a pre-paid credit pack from $25 that tops up your balance immediately.
- Do credits roll over?
- At the start of each month your balance is topped up to your plan's included pool — 50 on Free, 2,000 on Pro, 8,000 on Premium. Purchased pack credits above the pool carry over with your balance.
- Am I charged for failed runs?
- If a run fails because of your model — a hydraulic error, an invalid configuration — the compute it consumed is charged, the same way any cloud service bills. If it fails because of our infrastructure, the charge is waived automatically.
- How does billing work?
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Pro and Premium are subscriptions, annual or monthly — annual saves about two months. Credit packs are one-off purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from the in-app billing page. Prices are in USD and exclude tax; Australian customers are charged 10% GST at checkout.
- Can I try HydroDSS before paying?
- Yes — the Free plan is a real, permanent plan, not a trial. Sign up without payment details, build or import a network up to 300 nodes, validate it, and run it. Upgrade when your work needs more.
